Learn more about stock market and other investment vehicles as well as real estate during the three years of residency. Put a definite amount each month into a small minimum pool of at least three different companies,by the idea of dollar cost averaging.But not just average into one fixed stock all the months,instead use it to buy the lowest of the three. That way I wont have to buy high during dollar cost averaging. Make a small fortune by the end of the residency. Thereafter do more vast diversification looking deeper into real estate and other solid modes of investing. Actively do real estate, not just by simple buy and sell,that every else are doing, but learn to build. Slowly at first,like buy a land and build small houses to sell, but definitely look further to go and build big establishments. So that. later life must be that of an established investor and builder, and thus, it should not be limited by the busy schedule of a young cardiologist. And then when I go home, I can build hospitals, huge complexes and look at people including Sajan Narayanan and have a long and never ending killer smile on my face.
